Title: RTX 5090 connector melts despite ASRock tempGuard sensor

An RTX 5090 owner has reported that ASRock's TempGuard-equipped power supply failed to shut down when a properly seated 12V-2x6 connector overheated and melted.

You can clearly see in the picture that the cable was not inserted all the way which is a major cause of burnt cables.
