A lot of smartphone makers have multiple sub-brands to address different market tiers and regions. These sub-brands don't always survive in the long run, and that's what happened with OnePlus, but it now looks like there may be another sub-brand on the chopping block.

If / when that happens it will be because of companies lowering specs and offering shitty value for higher monies. So what the f*** do you think consumers will do huh ❓❔
