Not sure what AMD could fumble. nVidia has fully deprioritized the desktop dGPU market. Laptops are selling more than desktops anyways, and nVidia have been implementing new platforms and interfaces for their enterprise offerings like there's no tomorrow. They've moved on. They know AMD will never catch up to their software stack, no matter how many cards they sell. They simply don't care.
