In collaboration with Google, the University of San Diego plans to build a data center using 2,000 old Pixel smartphones. This is intended to demonstrate that old cell phones can be put to good use instead of being stored in drawers.

This is total nonsense data centers use MW or even GW of energy. 2000 pixels will use 10 to 20kW.
Instead of offering Ai help for even the simplest tasks or searches they should leave people to think a little.
