Microsoft has released a new 13-inch laptop globally. Packing Qualcomm's Snapdragon X2 platform, the Surface Laptop 8 13.8 also combines a 120 Hz display with up to 64 GB of RAM, a Snapdragon X2 Elite chipset and 20 hours of battery life on a single charge.
