The CPU now comes bundled with a cooler inside the box, as well as Carbice's nanotube tech-based 'Ice Pads' in addition to an $100 haircut over its original launch price in 2022.

So at what point do either source mention that it comes with a cooler? In no world does Thermal paste or a thermal pad mean cooler.

Agree with nh1402, in fact the linked AMD page specifically says: Thermal Solution (PIB) Not Included
