Panasonic Cycle Tech has refreshed the Xealt L3 e-bike for 2026 with through-axles, hydraulic disc brakes, and new 700×38C tires. Priced at ¥238,000 ($1,600 / €1,480), it launches in Japan in June 2026 with up to 90 km of assisted range.
