You are mistaken about OLED having good motion clarity. OLED actually has the worst sample and hold blur due to its practically instantaneous response time.
You are correct about the pulsar displays, however.

Author here—gonna need a source on that one. OLED still has sample and hold blur but certainly not the worst of it. That instant response time is exactly what gives it better motion clarity vs everything but CRT or Pulsar.
What has the next best motion clarity after CRT and pulsar?
You can't even buy CRTs in mainstream these days and Nvidia proprietary tech always comes with a tax.

That would be OLED displays, which still have miniscule sample & hold blur but offer far superior motion clarity to TN and Fast IPS (w/o Pulsar). VA is in dead last as far as motion clarity is concerned.
