Is it too late to hire artists? Bruh, billboard artist is to paint existing artwork on sides of buildings and billboards. It's not to create "new" material, rather transfer those digital painting into our streets. There's zero need for this article

  • Key art adaptations and campaign rollouts

  • Prepare and version assets for global distribution.
  • Ensure all files meet technical specifications and platform requirements.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while upholding Rockstar's high visual standards.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors and Designers to translate creative concepts into production-ready files.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and proactively identify solutions.
  • Organize, archive, and maintain production files and asset libraries.
  • Support live service publishing needs, including ongoing updates, in-game promotional assets, and time-sensitive content drops.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a production artist or in a similar role.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of digital and print production workflows.
  • Experience preparing files for diverse ad platforms.
  • Knowledge of color management, typography and layout systems.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
