The Galaxy S26 remains this year's most affordable and compact entry in Samsung's premium segment. Although it offers a well-rounded package that leaves little to be desired, it does appear somewhat dated in some aspects.

Interesting, the iPhone 17 manages a 31% longer idle time (and 38% longer time under load), despite having a 14.1% smaller battery.

PS: Time for at least 7 years of security updates and a replaceable battery.
