The fastest XPS 16 SKU can reach almost 49 dB(A) compared to just 44 dB(A) on the slower Core Ultra 5 configuration.

The X7 Variant they reviewed has an OLED screen at a higher resolution, which puts more pressure on the iGPU. IDK if OLED uses more power than IPS, but the resolution certainly matters. 3200x2000 has around 2.8x more pixels than 1920x1200 (6.4 million vs 2.304 million), and I'm also guessing that the smaller pixels force the screen to push more light for the same brightness.

I could be wrong on the last bit though, and I hope someone corrects me if I am.
