Title: RakuOS 2026.04.15 sports the COSMIC desktop on top of Fedora 43

The last release before moving to Fedora 44, the Fedora 43-based RakuOS 2026.04.15 adds COSMIC to the list of available desktops. The other two choices are KDE Plasma and GNOME. Additionally, this update comes with a new live ISO installation experience and fully rewritten Rust core desktop apps.
