The Netherlands' RDW has granted type approval for Tesla's Full Self-Driving (Supervised), allowing Dutch owners to use an EU-specific FSD software branch immediately. The stricter monitoring rules include continuous driver-attention tracking and temporary lockouts for inattentiveness.

Daniel can't seem to write a coherent article to save his life. Weirdly this comes up when Tesla/Musk is involved. I wonder what it could be?
