Title says 1,000 times faster. Article goes on to say 100s of times faster, then goes on to say 10x faster. Zero sources. Man, this is just fantasy land stuff.

Article is a bit sketchy for reasons others have mentioned.

In saying that, if even remotely real the effect on AI advancement would be exponential. Actually a little frightening.
