The Asus NUC 16 Pro mini PC was introduced at CES 2026, and at the time, the brand didn't specify when the system would launch. Now, one of the variants has popped up on Newegg, which features the Intel Core Ultra 7 356H from the Panther Lake line.

QuoteThere's support for up to 128GB of DDR5 RAM through the two SODIMM slots
Good, but it's time for the much faster LPCAMM2 standard.

QuoteGetting back to the processor of this configuration, it's worth noting that the Core Ultra 7 356H doesn't feature the performance-focused Arc B390 iGPU. Instead, it has the Intel Graphics 4 Xe3
Slow GPU = slow prompt processing (pp). (and slow memory bandwidth = slow token generation (tg))
