The fingerprint reader was dropped. I use it all the time on my Lunar Lake model. Shame. I was thinking of upgrading to the Panther Lake model but not anymore.

are you serious?

In an age of telemetry and spyware, where devices / accounts are getting hacked and big brother is storing your personal biometric data, the one thing you're annoyed about is the lack of fingerprint reader?

I see that as win / bonus not including one, heh. :p

There's barely any difference between the 258V and the 355 anyway so not really worth the upgrade. The battery is smaller along with the missing fingerprint reader as well. Still no haptic trackpad either.
