Stop Killing Games founder Ross Scott says the campaign to prevent publishers from making purchased games unplayable is gaining momentum, after the EU Citizens' Initiative "Stop Destroying Videogames" cleared 1.3 million valid signatures and is now headed for a European Commission response by 27 July.
