(the following values are a bit exaggerated to make my point clear) What would you choose, a 6.8-inch display that weights 100g (3.5oz) (and as rigid and no other weight related issues), or a 6.3-inch display that weights 230g (8.1oz)? I'd so choose the 100g phone every time.

Would you take phone, which has the size and weight of A4 paper (it's not a foldable)?

I get your point, but, no, a A4-sized phone wouldn't fit into my or anyone' pockets, but the 6.8" does and 6.3" is just too annoyingly and almost comically small. ~7.3" would be my limit, tho.

There's never been a 100g 6.8" or 230g 6.3". I get that you were trying to make your point more clear but what you're postulating is fiction.
