Garmin has quietly added a new Sleep Focus Mode shortcut to the Forerunner 570 and Forerunner 970 smartwatches. The tool was spotted by users after the latest stable update, software version 16.28, and confirmed by the brand's customer support team. It replaces the older Sleep Mode shortcut, which was removed in a November 2025 update.
