With iPadOS 26.4 and macOS 26.4, Apple has seemingly brought back a nifty Safari feature that went missing after the introduction of macOS Tahoe and iPadOS 26.4 last WWDC. Clearly, Apple does appear to hear user voices, provided that they are loud enough.
