A new Garmin smartwatch beta update, version 13.23, is being pushed to users of some of the brand's smartwatches. This release fixes a heart rate data related issue, which could cause the wearables to crash. According to a forum post, this release is now available for all beta testers with an Instinct 3, Instinct E, or Instinct Crossover smartwatch.
