They're crazy to have made access to the components of these machines so complicated.

One thing is certain, for that reason, I will never buy such a model.

Dell seems to want to restrict access to electronic components: soldered Wi-Fi cards, soldered RAM, battery replacement virtually impossible for users.

Shame on them.
