The MobiView is a portable TV and monitor that's now crowdfunding on Kickstarter. This device runs on Google TV, features an integrated soundbar and a battery that's supposed to last up to five hours on a full charge.

ok but, going higher than 1080p on a BATTERY POWERED fairly large portable screen 1080 isn't a bad compromise in making the most out battery life.

No, my Samsung tab 29 ultra gets over that easily at 1440p.

This isn't the first of its kind. I'm curious to see how it will compare to my current 27" portable TV/monitor. Will it have comparable performance, or be sub-par?
