Asus has quietly released the Zenbook Duo UX8407 after showcasing the dual-screen laptop last week during CES 2026. Equipped with 1,000 nit OLED displays, 32 GB of RAM and a 99 Wh battery, the new Zenbook Duo also surpasses its 2025 counterpart by adopting Intel's Panther Lake platform up to the Core Ultra X9 388H with an Arc B390 iGPU.

I wish ASUS would stop doing this. They have three models using an Ultra 7 (8 cores/1.2Ghz/4.7 GHz), Ultra 9 (16 cores/2.2Ghz/4.9GHz) or Ultra X9 (16 cores/2.1GHz/5.1GHz) processor.

UK Spec: Ultra 9 and Ultra X9 - but only the X9 model is showing @£2,299.99.
Digital pen included.
1TB or 2TB SSD.

US spec: Ultra 7, Ultra 9 and Ultra X9 - none showing yet.
Digital pen and laptop sleeve included.
1TB or 2TB SSD.

Canada Spec: Ultra 7 and Ultra X9 - none showing yet.
No extras.
1TB SSD only.
