what is the point of being able to play ps2 games without dual sticks lol? weird oversight

You can play many PS2 games without a DualShock by sticking to 2D genres (fighters, platformers, RPGs, music games) or games where analog sensitivity isn't crucial, like LEGO titles, Crash Twinsanity, Contra games, KOF XI, and even some racing/action games by using a D-pad or remapping controls.
