A post on r/LegalAdviceUK reports that a woman with schizophrenia was hospitalized after seeing a Samsung smart fridge advertisement that read "We're sorry we upset you, Carol," which she believed was directed at her.

That story is fake, you can look it up on reddit. I mean the ADs are real but story about that woman is completely fake.
