This isn't a console-level device. This appears to be a foothold in a market so other device makers (Lenovo?) can make the real stuff. Kinda like Steam Deck.
My experience with Steam Deck was to try a few games, notice how it wasn't anywhere close to being a true console, and put it down, never to play again. I outgrew PCs. NO interest in futzing around with Windows installations anymore. And I used WIndows for 3 decades and was a Sysadmin. DONE.
In 2025, you can't make a device like this and not include some basic functionality the other consoles have.
Hardware: so it is a underpowered 'console' - go figure. LOL!! What else is new?
However I find it inexcusable that a USB4/TB/Oculink port for upgrade ability is missing. :(
Software: so it is missing a bunch of 'bloatware' and does not include streaming services OR others store fronts by default.
I really get a kick out of what people whine about these days... LOL!
