"Specs for the 99SUS 1 TB are essentially the same as the original MS-C931 except the Bluetooth version got downgraded from 5.4 to 5.3."

They are the same 5.3!

DGX is a wash, you get same performance with strix halo at half the price. And Strix halo has a better cpu and can be used for other stuff and you can install any os. Where as DGX is stuck with nvidia's os
