They could:
1) remove adds
2) remove unnecessary services to free up several gigs of ram
3) work on optimizing performance and responsiveness
What they do:
- add more unnecessary services to slow down the system even more and eat more ram, to "accidentally" record what we speak
Notebookcheck could do a bit of work rather than fluff and report on whether it's fully cloud based or not. It probably is, which basically makes your computer an old school client or more precisely a microphone, speaker, and screen, dependant on a centralized and possibly foreign entity. Take a look into Microsoft Purview, Microsoft's centralized software to flip people's access off based on behaviour. Without critical reporting, we are all about to become top-down corporate subjects.
Whatever it is, it will be buggy, problematic and something not requested by the user base. MSFT seems determined to ruin windows. Oh wait, they already have!
