Wired internet may seem like an anachronism to many younger users in the year 2025, but it still remains the most reliable way to connect to the World Wide Web - or internal company networks. HP had removed the RJ45-Ethernet port on many of its business laptops, but with the 2025 model, it makes a return on some of them.

Acer has always had RJ-45 Ethernet, never dropped it.

It's not just HP; Lenovo also removed the RJ45 port from its flagship P16 workstation, only to reintroduce it in the new G3 model released this year. I think people sometimes forget why such port existed in the first place.
