I'm curious to hear from others who manage customer data regularly. Keeping a CRM clean and up to date sounds simple, but in reality, it can be a huge task—duplicate records, missing info, and outdated contacts all seem to pile up quickly.
For those of you working with CRMs, what's your biggest challenge with CRM hygiene (http://momentum.io/blog/crm-data-cleansing-tools)? Is it maintaining data accuracy, team adoption of best practices, or handling large volumes of information?
