Marathon is now aiming for release as early as next year, even as it showed off multiple content updates as well as increased polish that the title has undergone since players last saw the title.

Excited to see a fps being developed that actually seems unique and creative. Being a fan of the original series in the 90s, never thought I'd see the story be reinvented in a new and novel way. Didn't get alpha access but am psyched to get a hold of the beta/release. Haters can keep their their COD clones, battlefield snoozefest, and cartoon hero shooters, be nice to see these people to start thinking for themselves and not have ragebait-streamers form their opinions.
