So glad we live in a society where companies can leverage law enforcement resources to essentially bully private citizens who have broken no laws.

The saddest part is, even if he wins. And he counter sues for damages, the ones who end up paying for all that harm would still be the government/tax payers while the corporation suffers nothing.
