The new iPhone 17 series introduces faster wired charging, with all models except the iPhone Air able to reach 50% in about 20 minutes when paired with the new 40W Dynamic Power Adapter. Wireless charging remains capped at 25W, but the new iPhones now support the Qi2 25W standard, opening up faster speeds with third-party chargers as well.

Jumping from 256 Gb ($1199) to 2 Tb ($1999) for an iPhone 17 Pro Max for a difference of $700 is just a bit of an abuse.

In EU is even worse, €1469 ($1,723) to €2469 ($2897), a difference of $1428 (€1216). The base Pro model costs €1319, so a maxed-out Pro Max model is about the price of twp base Pro models.
