Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon says Intel's foundry isn't competitive enough, with Snapdragon chips to remain on TSMC and Samsung nodes.

Don't clickbait without going into full context. He really didn't say that. What he said is that the power consumption of 18A is too high for their mobile chips. That's why there's 18A-P and 14A.
