SK hynix has entered mass production of its 321-layer, 2-terabit QLC NAND, the first QLC to break 300 layers. A six-plane architecture and 3,200 MT/s I/O double transfer speeds, lift writes by up to 56 percent and reads by 18 percent, while cutting write power by more than 23 percent.

Improving the performance of the currently trash tier QLC is one thing, but how about wear? The TBW needs to improve 200%.
