Xiaomi's Android-based operating system HyperOS displays ads in several system apps. But getting rid of them is not that difficult. We illustrate how this works on the Xiaomi Poco F7, which we recently reviewed.

You can do it faster though; Settings > Passwords & security > Authorisation & revocation > toggle off "msa"

Then Settings > Connection & sharing > Private DNS > switch from "Auto" to dns.adguard-dns.com

And that's it, no ads anywhere in the system.
