The new paid Starlink Standby Mode is being forced upon Roam plan customers with a Mini dish they rarely use, as well as on Residential plan subscribers who can't opt out without cancelling their service. The free Starlink pause option is being deprecated, and the unlimited Standby Mode speeds are really low.
