Buyers are facing more obstacles when attempting to purchase Steam games. In many parts of the world, Valve has removed PayPal as a payment option. Buyers are demanding an explanation after payment processors have already blocked access to games with adult content.

It's all one and the same thing. Seems like people have forgotten that Steam had the Green light program than censored or ban games to their whim.
