The Chevy Silverado EV has set a world record by driving 1,059 miles before stopping to charge. The electric pickup truck used stock hardware but had minor tweaks, enabling it to surpass the record previously set by Lucid.

Ah, no AC for over 40 hours of driving at 25mph, the sweet sound of progress... deep integration with battery chemistry and whatnot.
