Why would U.S. nationalistic-sovereign invest economic capital in German fascist elites who convert it into symbolic capital which is moralization through the green agenda?

This capital has already helped the fascists take over the EU.

Perhaps it will prevent the anal-pathalogical Germans from unleashing the third world war, though that is highly doubtful.
