Amazon has knocked off a sizeable amount off the price of the Motorola Edge 2025. This not only makes it easier to recommend, but also gives it an extra edge over the Galaxy A56 5G.

Motorola's software support strategy will harm it. 2 years versus 5 years!

Agreed. Motorola's software support will hurt. 2 years of OS upgrades mean it will cost you roughly $18.33 per month if you bought it today and it went the full 24 months from now. Samsung will cost a measly $7.64 per month over the course of its OS upgrades. Maybe the cameras make up for it but Moto should announce 3 OS upgrades to make it more palatable.
