The display of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 is significantly more robust than that of the Galaxy Z Fold6 thanks to a redesigned hinge and a thin titanium plate under the panel, according to Samsung Display. The panel is designed to withstand 500,000 folds without damage.

That's for the hinge, they don't mention anything about robustness of the display. tl;dr most likely the display will break before the hinge.
