A U.S. judge has rejected Sony's attempt to settle a class-action lawsuit alleging that the company overcharged millions of PlayStation Store users for digital purchases.

Nobody forced anyone to buy the games if they were "too expensive". There are other means to buy games, like I don't know, physical??

Not all consumer lawsuits is about currency.
