Currently, only Cyberpunk 2077 mods allow for any type of gambling. That may change after suspicious billboards arrived with a recent patch. The Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.3 added advertisements for casinos visible when cruising around Night City.

This has already been debunked.This billboard existed in Dogtown since Phantom Liberty came out, but something about the 2.3 patch made it appear all over Night City as well.
