This year has seen more manufacturers jump on the compact flagship tablet train. Now, a renowned leaker has revealed more models are coming from some of China's top brands.

and none of them with options for cellular.. how ignorant are these companies!?

I'll buy whichever has 5G/LTE in it.

I just got the RedMagic Astra. It's a great replacement for my ancient Huawei.
I'm really glad that small tablets are becoming a thing again.
I do agree with the other comments if my RedMagic Astra had come with 5G it would have been perfect.

Can't see the point of an 8" tablet. Might as well get a foldable from Honor, Oppo or Vivo, doubling as a great 6.5" phone when folded, and an 8" tablet unfolded. Fantastic phone & camera specs, best of both worlds.
