Following Krafton's sudden removal of Subnautica's founding leadership, Unknown Worlds has issued a community letter reassuring fans that development on Subnautica 2 continues unchanged. The core team remains intact, Early Access is still planned, and the game will stay single-player-first with optional co-op.
