The use of generative AI is now well established, with lots of people now using AI in their private and professional lives. As an MIT study has conclusively determined, the increasing use of AI is limiting our ability to think.

Do we really need research to prove this? It's been an undeniable fact all along. It's the exact same principle as if we sat all day without doing any weightlifting; our muscles would shrink over time.

Those who don't need to use their muscles go to the gym to prevent atrophy.
Soon, we gonna need brain gyms for those who don't need to use their brain.
