Retail packaging for Switch 2 games typically indicates when titles release on a Game-Key Card. However, some buyers who pre-ordered Little Nightmares 3 may have been unaware that it uses this format. Physical media supporters are now asking publishers to be more transparent when accepting orders.

This was known from week 1, game key cards are a monumental flop. One of the dumbest things Nintendo's ever pulled. The whole point of the Switch for many gamers is physical media, otherwise you should get a Steam Deck.
