Yesterday, Xiaomi announced its inaugural line of electric SUVs. The lineup includes three models: the YU7, YU7 Pro, and YU7 Max. Xiaomi says the base model is not to be taken as an entry-level vehicle — remarkably, it has the longest range of all three.

If they sold them in Europe for double the price, they'd still be less expensive and higher quality than what the traditional brands are offering today.
